Ingredients:

150 gr steamed rice
2 tbs soy bean sauce (kecap manis)
2 tbs vegetable oil
25 gr dried mackerel (teri medan), fried
1 tbs fried shallots

Spice Paste Ingredients:

1 tsp belacan
2 cloves garlic
6 red hot chili
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Grind spice paste ingredients in a spice blender or pestle and mortar.
