Nasi Goreng Kampung

Ingredients:
- 150 gr steamed rice
- 2 tbs soy bean sauce (kecap manis)
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 25 gr dried mackerel (teri medan), fried
- 1 tbs fried shallots
Spice Paste Ingredients:
- 1 tsp belacan
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 red hot chili
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Grind spice paste ingredients in a spice blender or pestle and mortar.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok. Saute the spice paste until fragrant.
- Add rice, stir until mixed well.
- Turn out onto plate, garnish with shallots
