Kek Pisang Keju (Banana Cheese Cake)

Ingredients:
- 150 g plain margarine
- 200 g sugar powder
- 5 yolks
- 3 ripe bananas (pisang ambon or cavendish), mashed.
- 50 ml milk
- 100 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 250 gr flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 3 albumins
- salt to taste
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, stir margarine and sugar powder to combine. Add yolks, one at a time, while beating on medium speed until fluffy.
- Add mashed bananas. Beat until the bananas completely dissolved.
- Add milk and 50 gram grated cheese. Beat well.
- Gradually add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Beat well. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, shake albumins and vanilla until foamy. Add to the banana mixture, stir until mixed well.
- Prepare a square tray, coat it with margarine. Pour in the banana mixture.
- Bake in the oven until half-done. Drizzle with remaining grated cheese. Continue baking until golden brown.
- Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Remove cake from the pan to cool completely.
- Cut and serve the banana cake.
