<h3>Ingredients:</h3>
<ul>
<li>300 gr aubergine, cut into halves</li>
<li>2 cloves garlic, minced</li>
<li>1 onion, thinly sliced</li>
<li>1 tomato, sliced</li>
<li>3 red chilies, sliced</li>
<li>1/2 cup kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)</li>
<li>1/2 tsp ground black pepper</li>
<li>2 tbs vegetable oil</li>
<li>1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)</li>
</ul>
<h3>Directions:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Steam the aubergine for 20 minutes or until tender.</li>
<li>Preheat oil in a wok. Stir fry the garlic and onion until fragrant.</li>
<li>Add tomato, chilies, black pepper, salt and kecap manis while continue stirring. Add the steamed aubergine. Stir to combine. Continue cooking for a few minutes.</li>
<li>Remove and serve.</li>
