Ingredients:

500 gr kangkung
6 shallots, thinly sliced
4 tbs vegetable oil

Spice Paste Ingredients: 

8cloves garlic
6 small hot chilies
1 tsp belacan
1 tbs coconut candy
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

Grind spice paste ingredients using a blender or mortar and pestle into rough paste.
Stir fry shallots in a wok until fragrant, add the rough spice paste. Stir for another 1-2 minutes until browned.
